This Floral Jacquard Camisole Dress from Mame Kurogouchi is inspired by the kilns of Saga Prefecture and the wildflowers that bloom in its rich nature. Made from 100% rayon, the fabric offers a smooth texture and refined sheen, with subtle wildflower patterns appearing in the jacquard weave. The dress’s elegant drape complements the deep V-neck design, with fabric-covered buttons running down the front for added charm. The delicate embroidered shoulder straps enhance the back view, making it a signature piece from the brand. Pair it with various bottoms for versatile styling options.

 

The Mame Kurogouchi 2024 Fall/Winter collection, titled “Fragments,” continues the theme from the previous season by exploring the 16th-century Old Karatsu ceramics* of Saga Prefecture*. Designer Maiko Kurogouchi weaves the natural colors, rich textures, and unique patterns of Karatsu ware into the concept of “wearable ceramics,” symbolizing a journey through time.
