The Wool Flannel I-Line Skirt from Japanese designer brand Mame Kurogouchi is made from non-mulesed Super 160S wool*, carefully processed to deliver a soft and smooth flannel texture. The high-waisted I-line silhouette, combined with the brand’s iconic curvilinear design, accentuates the waist and creates an elegant vase-like shape. Hidden side pockets and a back slit add practicality and ease of movement. The slightly lustrous and warm fabric makes this skirt versatile for both casual and formal occasions. Whether paired with the matching jacket or worn on its own, this skirt is a timeless and functional piece in any wardrobe.

 

*Non-mulesed Super 160S wool: A high-quality, ethically sourced wool. Non-mulesed means no mulesing was used, ensuring an animal-friendly process. The Mame Kurogouchi 2024 Fall/Winter collection, titled “Fragments,” continues the theme from the previous season by exploring the 16th-century Old Karatsu ceramics* of Saga Prefecture*.
