Dance & Jewelry
“The same way a dancer’s beauty is expressed through movement, a piece of jewelry is at its finest when synchronized with the body’s motions.”
While developing her passion for jewelry into a global business, Margarita is also performing as a professional breakdancer. She has now been training and competing for more than 8 years gaining momentum through her multiple winning placements in numerous international competitions.
“Everything looks nicer when in motion. I feel grateful to be able to bridge my two passions, and to share my perspective through the lenses of my work.” Through the use of chains, her designs are known for their movement and effect of fluidity.
Her main line, Maggoosh, was named after Margarita’s breakdancing nickname. Through the use of quality materials fashioned into fluid forms, Maggoosh jewellery embrace and compliment the body’s natural movement. The brand’s styles have gained traction globally and are currently distributed in Tokyo, New York, Paris and other locations around the world, through leading fashion retailers.
