A: After the payment is confirmed, we will complete the purchase list by the order of system notification in 3-5 working days. Then we will move to the pickup and packaging, and arrange the shipment as soon as possible.

Q: Why are customs duties sometimes charged on international parcels?
A: All items purchased from this website are shipped from our Taiwan location.
Orders delivered within Taiwan will not incur any customs duties.
For deliveries to other countries, customs and import regulations vary from country to country and may change without notice.
Depending on each country’s customs policy, international parcels may occasionally be selected for inspection and subject to import duties or VAT upon arrival.
