A: After the payment is confirmed, we will complete the purchase list by the order of system notification in 3-5 working days. Then we will move to the pickup and packaging, and arrange the shipment as soon as possible.

Q: Why are there sometimes additional custom taxes for international parcels?
A: From country to country, custom and inspection regulations are often subjected to change. International parcels are subjected to random inspections and then taxed.
e.g. After the Brexit, UK began to increase the frequency of inspecting and taxing of the parcels from abroad.
Due to these unpredictable circumstances, custom fees are not included in the shipping fees.
Q: How do I apply for refund／exchange?
A: If the merchandise does not adapt to your needs, please reply directly to your order email, or contact our customer service by: [email protected], with the order number and the item name you wish to be treated.
We will reply within 2 working days with detailing return information. Please send the product in its original condition to the provided address. We will proceed to the refund or replacement processes as soon as we receive the parcel and confirm that the content is correct and in good condition.

Q: Does a-unefille.com issue invoices?
A: Our firm is exempted from issuing Taiwanese uniform invoice. However when placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that could be used as a receipt.
