Description
Handmade clutch by Japanese designer Sawako Sakai. Made with beautiful dark velvet cloth, fully lined with natural colour linen fabric. Designed with a small pocket, safety button, and a string inside the bag, in case when you need to free your hands while carrying the bag. A delicate tassel in the same colour is attached on the side of the bag.
Design, pattern production, decoration production, cutting, and sewing are all handmade by Sawako Sakai.

A brand of bags and accessories named after the childhood memory of wild roses that were clustered behind the house where designer Sawako Sakai lived.
The playful designs are created to convey a sens of fun and happiness. Each bag is crafted lovingly, by hand. Designer Sawako Sakai uses her creations to bring as much as joy to others, as they have to herself, in the creation process.
Sawako Sakai
Graduated from Musashino Art University. After working as a designer brand planner, she launched the brand of bags and accessories, “wild rose hips” in 2002, which was all about her own finishing touches. While she develops at select shops, she presents her works at the gallery and holds several workshops a year.
